Join the Life Ready Mobile family We're on the hunt for one full-time Admin superstar to join our Life Ready Mobile Perth team and our Melbourne team

Our Life Ready Mobile admins provide a friendly, professional, courteous and positive first point of contact for our clients, you'll be providing information, answering questions and responding to requests from clients and our practitioners.

The ideal superstar for the role will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. You'll serve as the eyes and ears by providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests from clients and colleagues. You'll also need to be a multitask extraordinaire, have a bunch of initiative and a go-getting attitude to boot

**WHAT YOU NEED**

- Previous administration experience is essential (bonus points if you've had medical reception training) - including proven knowledge of POS, invoicing, banking and accounts management
- Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service
- Well developed interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent telephone and front line customer skills
- A creative spark to help drive and contribute ideas to the clinic and our social media platforms
