Great opportunity for a Manager to join our Bakery Cafe
Maintain excellent customer service standards.
Manage beverage and payroll costs.
The role includes:
- planning menus in consultation with chefs.
- planning and organising special catering
- arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- ensuring cafe comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
- conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
- selecting, training and supervising staff
Key attributes required:
- relevant qualifications or a minimum of 2 years experience
- a proven background in managing quality cafes and a service-oriented attitude
- exceptional organising skills
- ability to drive systems and procedures
- strong team building and motivation skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
