The multi-level venue will be executed with polished perfection and will hold firm on delivering old fashion values and customer service but with an extra level of attention on delivering moments of surprising charm.

Role

As venue manager, you will be working closely with the GM and Exec Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences whilst developing and improving all areas of the business whilst leading and mentoring the FOH staff. The venue manager will be fully accountable for the performance of the ground floor venue and ensuring that all guests have an engaging and memorable experience.
- Implementing strategies & systems to drive revenue & business growth
- Financial management incl. budgeting, cost control & cost saving techniques
- Overseeing staff recruitment, progression, training, coaching & development
- Maintaining superior standards of service across the entire venue
- Leading teams & overseeing staff
- Manage rostering, wages and other employee requirements to ensure labour demands & budgets are met
- Overseeing stock control and management
- Ensuring customer satisfaction across all aspects of the venue operations
- Enforcement of all WHS requirements, health regulations & safety standards for workers and customers
- Ensuring compliance by the venue with all legislative & operating requirements
- Upholding the company values & policies while maintaining staff morale & a positive work environment
- A thorough understanding and true passion for food, wine and spirits
- Proactive approach to all aspects of your work and positive outlook to change
- Always lead by example
- Experience in Michelin or hatted venues, will be seeking awards
