The Brisbane Markets® is Queensland's most important marketing and distribution hub for the supply of fresh fruit, vegetables, and flowers—annually trading in excess of 700 million kilos of produce, valued at more than $2 billion to secondary wholesalers, provedores, food processors, retailers and independent supermarkets.
These roles are:
- Night/Early Morning shift, commencing between 1am and 3am each day, Monday to Friday, depending on operational requirements
- A current forklift licence and operating experience would be an advantage
The duties include:
- Picking orders and palletising stock.
- Working in a team and communicating with other staff regarding the orders and stock.
- Ensuring food safety and quality procedures are followed.
- Maintaining a safe work environment.
This is a fast-paced work environment and an **active role** that will require **'hands-on' manual work activities**; therefore, you need to be **fit and healthy.**You will need to be able to **work with the team** and get the job done. Previous experience in the Produce Industry would be an advantage.

Pay: From $35.24 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
