As a Patient Treatment Coordinator at just Smile, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional patient experiences. You'll have the opportunity to welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, guide them through their treatment journey, and witness the joy of transforming their smiles. From scheduling appointments to assisting in creating personalized treatment plans and Smile Design presentations, your role will be diverse, rewarding, and impactful.
- Warmly welcoming patients
- Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Scheduling patient appointments and providing follow-up confirmation communication
- Liaising with dental staff to communicate bookings and patient needs
- Assisting in putting together treatment plans
- Guiding patients through their treatment journey and ensuring seamless coordination of care
- Processing payments, finance & payment plans, insurance rebates, and other claims
- Maintaining patient records and relevant databases
- Utilising CRM systems and maintaining communication channels

Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; CRM system knowledge preferred
- Basic office administration and bookkeeping skills
