Events Coordinator

Established in 1928, Heidelberg Golf Club is a premier course of the North East region of Melbourne, and it continues to lead the way in providing a quality course and excellent facilities for Members and Visitors. Heidelberg Golf Club welcomes all visitors to their exciting 18-hole, Par 72 layout. The Heidelberg Golf Club is now one of the largest Golf Club in Victoria with golfers will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in our recently renovated spacious clubhouse where our members will make you feel like one of the family.

We are looking for highly motivated person to become our Events Coordinator.

Our Events Coordinator is responsible for the sales, planning and coordination of events including celebrations, corporate and golf events. You will provide outstanding customer service and coordinate and communicate with the various departments to ensure that each event is successful and meets quality expectation.

The successful applicant should have the following but not limited to attributes:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work in and create a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- A Flair for creative marketing and event coordination.
- Have a current RSA and Food Supervisor Certification.
- Previous experience in hospitality or event management.

The job will be full-time and a salary package will be negotiable based on experience.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
