**About the role**:
The Manager Workplace Technology Enablement has accountability for setting up and delivering a brand-new Workplace Technology enablement function.

Workplace Technology enablement is about enabling and empowering Coles Team members to get the absolute most out of our workplace technology tools of trade, and processes.

This includes accountability for
- Development and maturity of this new function within Technology services.
- Providing ‘voice of the user’ mechanism and persistent feedback loop
- to support creation of team member experience backlog items\prioritisation.
- Delivering improved standardised access to information (helpdesk, learning modules, face to face training, intranet, vlogs, blogs, champion\crowdsourcing communities).
- Improving digital literacy and capability for team members
- in relation to workplace technology tools.

**Your **key responsibilities will include**:

- Establishing the workplace technology enablement function
- ensuring the functions services, roles and responsibilities are socialised and set-up and catalogued.
- Building strong cross collaborative relationships with other technology support functions and partners - working to continuously enhance the team member experience.
- Delivery through key technology partners.
- Gathering data (needs and sentiment), to measure adoption of our workplace technology services and extract actionable insights to understand and improve the employee workplace technology experience and sentiment.
- Creation of a forward schedule and delivery of on-going Technology Training, content creation and adoption activities.
- Implement creative and engaging content.
- Utilise existing Technology & Collaboration platforms and activities to leverage the collective knowledge and passion of team members e.g., champion communities, crowd sourcing.
- Curation of Journey Mapping and personas.
- Contribute to Technology project funded initiatives where required.

To ensure the success of this new function, you bring the below experience
- You are an experienced leader, with experience leading teams through transformational change.
- Experience leading\delivering in a matrixed environment.
- Experience delivering services through others (wider skill groups, partners).
- Hands on experience delivering and evolving services to meet strategic goals.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, including the design and delivery of Technology enablement strategies, communications, and training.
- Previous experience in technology adoption including introducing enablement as a capability.
- Accreditation or equivalent experience in Change Management Methodologies or Communications.
- Customer Service mindset and passion
- understands the role technology enablement plays in employee experience.
- Experience building out adoption analytics capability related to Workplace Technologies (mechanisms to collect, measure and present adoption success).
