Delamore Retirement Community is a heritage listed boutique village in the leafy suburb of Kedron and home to 65+ residents. We are looking for a special person, who has a natural affinity with seniors that will go the extra mile to ensure their homes and their community areas are kept squeaky clean and fresh.

**Your Role**
As a Client Services Assistant you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our residents.

Your tasks will include:

- Effectively and efficiently clean common areas of the village
- Perform tasks associated with cleaning of the retirement village with particular emphasis on areas where Health & Safety matters often arise toilets, floors etc
- Maintain communal areas in a clean, neat and safe condition
- Provision of cleaning and housekeeping services to residents receiving personal services i.e. meals, cleaning and linen service.
- Perform tasks associated with the provision of laundry services

**Role Requirements**
- Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality/residential or commercial cleaning practices essential
- Previous experience in hospitality and/or retirement living/aged care desirable
- Computer literacy and good phone manner
