**About the role**:
The purpose of the position is to deliver decision-based reporting, support the planning process, improve, and deliver interpretive analysis, give input to the continual development of the FP&A Financial systems, partnering with business segments, and provide ad hoc analysis and support to Group FP&A, GM Finance, CFO and CEO.

This full-time permanent role will be best suited to someone who has a natural flair for building robust and trusted relationships with various stakeholders throughout the business. You will be energetic, engaging, and confident in presenting a multitude of reports to senior management and executive leaders.

**Duties**:

- Prepare reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board on the monthly performance against budgets and forecasts, with insightful analysis of trends and potential future scenarios
- Develop and prepare scorecards and reports on performance to the ELT, Board and Owners
- Providing business partnering financial support to IT - Co-ordinating and consolidating IT forecast and presentation to EDs, monthly results reporting against budget/forecast
- Support the continuous improvement of the finance systems and supporting processes used for review and reporting

**Skills and experience**:

- Accounting qualification (e.g., CA/CPA), supporting a relevant degree in accounting / finance / business
- Modelling and report writing skills to support the analysis requirement, group budgeting and corporate planning elements of the role
- Proven ability to build relationships and create business partnerships internally, to facilitate change and provide insight across all departments
