Established in 1908, we are proud to boast that it is one of the largest junior rugby league clubs in the world and supports and nurtures the development of 54 rugby league sides from under 5’s through to Ron Massey Cup. We have in excess of over 1000 players and are the most successful of Rugby League Club.

**You and Your Role**

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this hands-on role has a close collaborative relationship with all aspects of the Club. With our Conference, Meetings & Event team this is your opportunity to create an exciting and memorable experience for all.

You will bring with you
- Experience in managing high volume Conference, meetings, and events area.
- Maintaining a close relationship with our catering partner (external).
- Solid experience and relevant skills in F&B operation in understanding the role.
- Proven abilities to build on client base.
- Work closely with Operations Management for staffing requirements.
- Experience with budget management.
- Experience with the development of packages with the COO.
- Exceptional leadership skills in developing function team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
- Experience in Event Pro would be an advantage.
- RSA & RCG is a requirement or have the willingness to obtain them.
- Be aware of Sydney’s conference, events expos to market the brand.
