- Contract/Temp
- Jobs are in urban locations and close to public transport: Elizabeth St location

**As Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include**:

- Demonstrate intermediate computer literacy skills and follow processes/scripts
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Process and track orders, and assist clients with transactions and inquiries
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet individual and team goals
- Manage time and organise workload to meet performance expectations
- Ensure all administrative compliance requirements, data entry, and efficient client engagement are met.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound or outbound calls
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Capable of solving problems while adhering to clear guidelines and rules
- Demonstrates resilience and calm when handling complaints or challenging situations
- Professional demeanour with a high level of integrity Experience in a call centre environment is preferred but not essential.
