**How will I help?**

As a Principal Product Owner for our personalisation capability, you will be responsible for building out and executing on our personalisation roadmap.

We’re looking for a results driven, strategic thinker to work alongside our Technology partners and the Experience management and Analytics Chapters to help us deliver market leading digital experiences to customers within a multi-brand ecosystem.

**Key responsibilities**
- Define and drive the product strategy for personalisation capability
- Understand industry best practice of personalisation capability, and how this can be used to build on the existing personalisation ecosystem
- Build benefit cases for personalisation capability enhancements and use these benefit cases to prioritise features in the personalisation capability product backlog
- Deliver projects and initiatives to plan and budget with mínimal defects, providing sign off for features as they are completed
- Full product lifecycle management, from discovery, delivery of new features to retiring items no longer of value
- Lead the cross functional team including end users, technologists, and data specialists, building strong and trusted relationships across these stakeholders
- Work closely with architects and tech leads to enforce alignment to industry best standards, governance models and alignment to enterprise solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels and act as a champion for personalisation capability and the value it can deliver

**What do I need?**
- Passion for digital and driving effective experiences cross-channels.
- Ability to operate at the strategic level with stakeholders and at a much more detailed level with the team
- Strategic and thought leadership in product ownership with strong problem-solving skills, courage to challenge and tackle complex problems.
- Proven track record in delivering and driving digital capability adoption.
- Ability to negotiate and influence to effectively manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise competing priorities and deadlines through various stages of development to effectively deliver quality outcomes via Agile delivery methodology.
- Strong experience working with multi-component personalisation ecosystems - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, AWS/Azure APIs is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in the digital domain, understanding of HTML, JSON, APIs, and web technologies are fundamental. Working with Marketing, Technology teams and external agencies is an advantage.
