An opportunity has arisen for a Loader Operator/Relief Batcher to join our Concrete department at our Pinkenba facility. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring product supply is maintained efficiently to the plant, to enable production operations to run smoothly and timely. Additionally, this role will also undertake relief batching during periods of increased productivity or as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Loader Operator experience is essential;
- Previous batching experience (desirable);
- Tech savvy or ability to pick up systems quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks in and around the plant as required;
- Strong commitment to safety;
