Lead or be a part of a passionate team of Educators and Playcentre staff. Genuinely contribute to the wellbeing and development of children from birth through school. Use your skill and expertise as a Special needs education, therapist and other skills to generate and support new ideas and help drive the business forward.

Most of our clients are, children in the care of the department, children with additional needs or medically unwell to attended day to day schooling. They are often misunderstood; we are here to help our children be understood.

All locations - Port Kennedy, Mandurah, and Bunbury

We have multiple locations throughout Western Australia and offer mobile options where required. We have created a space that feels like a family where our children can LEARN through imagination, movement, and PLAY, together as we all GROW. We offer a range of services, focusing on early intervention, numeracy, literacy, life and social skills and lots more.

BOORN is a fun, safe and trusted business in the community where parents can connect with their children, within our indoor playcentres, cafe and other educational locations. Our students also include a variety of NDIS participants, Department of Communities, children with diagnosed and non-diagnosed disabilities.

We make sure every child is treated as an individual and strive to find and adapt to their way of functioning in their day-to-day environments, finding their unique learning style. Our passionate team has carefully designed environments, activities, assessments, and educational plans to develop each child’s unique learning style from birth through school, while HAVING FUN

Our team of around 30 staff are passionately dedicated to helping our families.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:We are seeking extra Educators ( CERT 4 Education support ), Head of Education and as well ( Degree )

**Educating Assistance - Tutor**: If you a passionate about supporting children who are often miss understood and needs extra support, we would like you to apply. You will be allocated your own students to assist with their customised education plan.

Your students will be allocated a time often once a week, where they are seeking support around their education or building their capacity in their day-to-day environments. We offer a range of Social skill and groups where we build relationships, skills and often cook.

This would be suited for CERT in Education support or university students can apply, other required and preferred experience and certificates:
First aid certificate - Desired not compulsory
Drivers licence - Highly recommended

Ability to multitask, manage time, work under pressure, be organised and have a high attention to detail.
Appear neat, tidy and well presented.
Possess exceptional customer service skills.

PASSION AND ABILITY TO HELP UNDERSTAND THE MISSUNDERSTOOD

**Head Educator**: Our Head Educator to help develop, oversee and manage the overall education program and assessments of BOORN. Importantly, complete current projects while taking BOORN through to the next stage of GROWTH to support its families, teams and the demand.

Our Head of Education will play an integral role within the business, acting as 2IC for our CEO. They will need to be flexible, with a positive can do attitude. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring that all business activities adhere to policies, procedures, rules and other regulations. You will have the option to support multi-location teams, maintain supplies and equipment, actively promote the business and provide a clean and safe environment for all customers, children and staff.

**Salary**: $28.61 - $44.68 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
