**About the Role**

The Veterinary Training Centres (VTCs) are dedicated to empowering veterinary excellence through elevating the skills and knowledge of veterinary professionals. **Reporting into the Capability Director, **you will ensure the efficient event and operational management of the VTCs across Australia and New Zealand, Supporting the VTC vision of becoming the premier learning institute for the veterinary industry. You must flourish in working in a high
- volume, fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is of paramount importance.

Use your skills to consult with key stakeholders to build great effective relationships for mutual outcomes.

Role based in anywhere in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the delivery of training services and programs at the various VTCs
- Facilities and equipment supply and management
- Liaising with facilitators, industry partners and suppliers
- Development of an annual training calendars of workshops with key stakeholders
- System Administration in our technology systems
- Promotion of workshops and programs through a variety of channels
- Financial management and reporting of the VTCs
- Maintaining Animal Ethics Committee (AEC) approval and reporting requirements across ANZ
- Manage and administer CPD requirements for workshop events through industry bodies
- Compliance to WHS regulations for each State/Country

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience in the Health Industry is highly desirable, but not essential
- Experience managing multi-site venues and leading dispersed team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
- Previous Experience managing Operational Portfolios
