**About the Role **
Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for a strong Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager by managing day to day trading operations in accordance with the venue's business goals and strategies. This involves a collaborative approach and leadership to organisational, cultural and structural change, service innovation, sustainability and operational efficiencies.

This is a great role which leads and supports multiple departments with special attention given to service, food, beverage and events. You will also get to assist with menu development, COGS, activations, the opportunities are endless.

**Your key priorities will be to**:

- Lead the team to success
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Assisting in the successful implementation of all marketing and promotion programs
- Operational Performance including rostering, recruitment and selection, feedback, ordering, stock control, cleanliness and working towards meeting KPIs and budget goals
- People Leadership including being directly responsible for performance, direction and succession planning of our people
- Financial Management in conjunction with General Manager
- Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and creating high performing teams
- Actively driving and supporting a range of Work, Health and Safety Compliance activities
- 7+ years’ experience in Hospitality
- Passionate about great service along with great food, beverage and events knowledge
- Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline
- Expertise in service excellence, managing food, beverage, events operations
- People person and passionate leader
- Good conceptual ability and strategic thinking
- Strong administrative skills and POS systems experience
- Previous experience of managing an operating budget with P&L responsibilities
- Must hold valid First Aid and Responsible Service of Alcohol certifications
- Double vaccinated against Covid-19

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
