Job Title: Front Office Receptionist

Department/Group: ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts in Broadbeach

**Location**:
We are looking for an experienced front office receptionist for our resorts in Broadbeach. You MUST speak and write fluent English and be able to work in Australia.

Level/Salary Range: Hospitality Award Rate

Position Type: Casual, Part Time to Full Time

Reporting to : General Manager

Role and Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Front office duties including providing friendly, personalised service to all ULTIQA guests
- Assistance with reservations and other guest services such as maintaining accurate guest accounts
- Responding to accommodation enquiries accordingly
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ensure guest queries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively

Key Selection Criteria
- Previous front of house/Reception experience preferably in a Hotel/Resort environment
- Strata knowledge beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sound oral and written communication skills
- **Experience using a PMS is essential - preferably RESLY**
- A high standard of personal presentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
