**ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER**

Burger Room Baulkham Hills is looking for a dedicated and passionate **Assistant Restaurant Manager**to join our team. If you’re a natural leader with a love for hospitality and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you

**Your Role Includes**:

- Leading and mentoring team members across both front and back-of-house.
- Opening and closing the restaurant with operational efficiency.
- Ensuring top-tier food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Managing stock control and inventory processes.
- Upholding consistency in product quality and customer experience.
- Leading by example, working hands-on during shifts to motivate the team.
