We are currently seeking a passionate & talented team member who has a proven track record in Supermarket Operations to lead as our **Store Manager at Mint Fresh IGA - Baulkham Hills (Arthur Street).**

As the leader of the business, the Store Manager will maintain the highest standards of Merchandise Presentation and Food Hygiene while motivating the designated grocery and fresh food teams.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- A genuine passion for supermarkets
- Experience in Supermarket Management and leading teams
- The ability to provide outstanding levels of customer service
- The ability to reach sales targets, KPIs and promote growth
- Previous leadership experience
- The ability to multitask and manage daily complexities

**Successful applicants will**:

- Have the ability to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- Proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise
- A passion for the Retail Food industry
- Proven experience ordering and replenishing displays
- Commitment to grow and develop with our business
- Experience in People Management and managing employee performance
