As the Talent Specialist Lead, you will drive the talent function and support the Talent Advisors in delivering quality recruitment outcomes for stakeholders and the overall organisation. You will work with the team to build a drive a high performing culture and support the function in uplifting recruitment capability.

Additionally, your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring all internal delivery standards are met or exceeded
- Review and develop talent strategy including the EVP and onboarding
- Coach hiring managers in all aspects of recruitment including interview techniques, EEO and talent selection
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
- Work with the broader HR team on workforce planning strategies
- Recruitment of senior and specialist roles
- Undertake a review of existing recruitment practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

This role will suit an experienced recruiter who has excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels. You will have experience leading and enjoy managing a small team. Your style will be supportive and collaborative and you will demonstrate experience in developing team members. You will ideally have experience in working in the public sector and an understanding of public sector recruitment.

This is a rare opportunity for a talent specialist who is seeking a role that has a mix of strategic talent and hands on delivery.
