**Why this role exists**

The Test Lead role at its core endeavours to provide assurance to the customer vision to demonstrable outcomes and effective IT Solutions. With key focus on understanding stakeholder business requirements, technical solution requirements, processes, and expected outcomes to be achieved, the function performed by the Test Lead plays a key role in ensuring customer solutions are delivered to the highest of quality.

**Role Context**

Working with both internal and external customers - the Test Lead is a trusted advisor to ensure delivery meets customer expectation. Success in the role is underpinned by strong relationships and strong technical knowledge. The Test Lead will be required to operate as a major contributor to quality assurance efforts of technical solutions delivered by AC3, to ensue risk and impact is managed and mitigated through AC3 Testing efforts.

**Experience & Skills**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a test lead role within IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Demonstrated ability contributing to project initiatives utilising various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Ability to design, build, review and execution of test cases for ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in establishing testing Frameworks
- Ability to provide accurate estimations for testing effort
- Build and document Test Plan and Test Strategy.
- Aptitude to understand and align to customer testing frameworks
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field
- ITIL Foundation certificate
- ITIL certifications
- ServiceNow Pre-Sales certifications

**Desirable**
- Relevant technical and IT product knowledge, particularly in relation to ITSM Systems & Processes
- Testing experience outside of ITSM: Integrations, GRC, ITOM, HR, Security Operations
- Experience using various testing tools
- ServiceNow knowledge
