**About the role**:
We are looking for passionate and caring casual and part time Personal Carers to join our exiting teams at our Geelong Homes: The Vue (Grovedale) and Eden Park (Whittington).

You will be working within an inclusive and supportive team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents and their families to deliver high quality clinical and personal care to residents of Luson.

You have an ongoing learning and continuous improvement philosophy and you have a person centered approach. You are enthusiastic and dedicated to making a difference.

**PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT**

To be considered for this opportunity, you are required to meet the following criteria:

- Qualified Personal Care Assistant with a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Minimum 1 years experience in Aged Care
- Provide personal care to assist residents to maintain their independence and dignity related to activities of daily living and lifestyle according to their individual care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Luson Health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document on an IT platform individual resident's choices and needs

Salary Packaging offered to all employees - Claim up to $15,900

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
