**The Location**

Rosebrook, a 91 bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Located just 40 minutes from Cranbourne and 20 minutes from Mornington, Rosebrook is an easy drive down the Mornington Peninsula Freeway. It’s also less than 10 minutes from the main shopping strip in Rosebud - handy for lunch, shopping and enjoying the beach after work

**The Job**
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age, and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents
