**About the role**
We’re currently hiring casual baristas and front-of-house team members to help us through the Christmas and summer trading period. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving a wide range of bubble tea and beverages
- Assisting customers with orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards
- Working across weekdays, weekends, and flexible rotating shifts

**What we’re looking for**
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail/hospitality setting
- Availability to work throughout December and January, including weekends

**Pay & conditions**
- Casual employment under the **Fast Food Industry Award**:

- Flexible roster including day, evening, and weekend shifts

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $13.28 - $39.83 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
