Are you a natural leader with a green thumb and an eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Horticulturist.

This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, a competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits. As a Horticulturist, you will predominantly working in the Essendon Fields Precinct working on small and large landscape projects focusing on Planting, Plant identification and health of all new planting projects. general landscaping tools. An MR truck License an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Horticulture
- MR License is essential
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- White Card
- Valid Drivers' license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
