**Female Support Worker - Entry Level Welcome**

Location: Ideally within 20 minutes of USC Start Date: Immediate Start Shifts: Weekends and Overnight availability required Employment Type: Casual

Are you starting your career in the care and support sector? Do you have a passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference in people's lives?

We are looking for a caring and motivated Female Support Worker to join our small, supportive team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is new to the industry or currently studying towards a Certificate III in Individual Support or a related qualification.

**About the Role**:

- Provide day-to-day support to individuals with disabilities, including non-verbal clients and those with autism.
- Assist with personal care, household tasks, and community access.
- Work closely with experienced team members and receive ongoing guidance and support.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Willingness to learn and follow direction in a team environment.
- Some availability for weekend and overnight shifts.
- Commitment to providing respectful and person-centred support.

**Preferred (but not essential)**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or currently studying).
- Any prior experience in disability or community support.
- Familiarity with behaviour support or autism is a bonus.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured vehicle.

Pay: $35.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 26 per week
