**Customer Service Manager**

**Qualifications & experience**
- Suitable Tertiary qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experienced
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a customer service team.
- Understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Identifying problems and developing effective solutions.
- Advanced analytical skills with proven track record in solving complex commercial challenges.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Develop, manage, and implement customer experience procedures with the company.
- Deliver a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.
- Delegate and track certain customer enquiries to education and migration departments.
- Keep a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
- Communicate with internal teams to discuss performance and service quality is met.
- Develop new customer service policies to achieve client satisfaction.
- Keep track of customers financial requirements such as refunds.
- Contact customers to respond inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
- After-sales service to keep customers happy and engaged with Gamba Migration.
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports

- 8 hour shift
