**About the Role**

Practitioners at Lojic are committed to improving the quality of life of the people we support.

Here are some of the key day-to-day duties:

- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the individual’s strengths, challenges, and triggers for challenging behaviours.
- Developing Behaviour Support Plans: Collaborate with individuals, families, and other stakeholders to create personalized Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.
- Skill Development: Work on building essential life skills, communication abilities, and social interactions for individuals.
- Training and Education: Provide training and education to families, caregivers, and support networks to ensure consistent implementation of the PBS plan

**About You**
- Bachelors Degree in Behaviour Support, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Social Work, Education, or a related discipline
- Holds an NDIS worker clearance and Working with Children Check
- NDIS regristration or the ability to complete this
- Direct experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in an implementation environment, such as support work highly preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
