**Responsibilities**:
As a Full-Time Baker at #1000 Bread, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring the daily production of freshly baked goods. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Bread and Pastry Preparation**: Skillfully prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, and pastries, ensuring consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure every product meets our high standards of taste, texture, and appearance.
- **Adherence to Recipes**: Follow established recipes and techniques, maintaining precise measurements and ingredient usage for consistent results.
- **Baking Schedule Management**: Ensure baked goods are prepared according to daily production schedules to meet customer demand.
- **Kitchen Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other bakers and staff, supporting each other during busy shifts to ensure timely production.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a baker, with a focus on bread and pastry preparation.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques.
- Attention to detail, especially in dough preparation and baking processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work full-time, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays when required.
