**Store Manager**

Providing hair care advice can have a big impact so if you love working with people and you’re willing to learn all about hair join the no.1 Hair Care Retailer Hairhouse is looking for a Store Leader to take the store to the next level.

Bring your previous management experience to lead, coach and mentor the Hairhouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail, salon and piercing studio. We will provide further leadership training, all the resources to lead, measure and coach your team to grow the business.

We have expansive training courses which will support and guide you while your creativity and passion will motivate and drive your team to beat store targets by providing outstanding customer experiences that create professional relationships within the community.

What we need from you is a passion for all things hair, a can-do attitude, the willingness to learn and of course a love for making people feel beautiful This is your opportunity to challenge yourself, to learn, to nurture a team and join the Hairhouse Family.

**The Role**
- A minimum 2 years Retail Management experience
- A passion for Hair and Beauty (any experience a plus)
- Proven techniques in guiding a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Manage all day to day operations of the store
- The ability to motivate, coach, develop and inspire your people and build a strong culture with your team
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and drive successful marketing campaigns
- Authentic, ethical and transparent communication on store procedures/processes
