**About the role**:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working in partnership with your Engineering and Production team colleagues you will be responsible for excellence in plant and equipment reliability and efficiency.

To be successful in this role you will have a solid understanding of key maintenance and reliability principles backed up with core trade and technical skills, preferably in a commercial laundry or similar manufacturing environment.

You will also enjoy working on install and upgrade projects from time to time that may require work outside of normal operating hours.

**To support your previous experience in similar roles you will have**:

- Mechanical trade (Boiler ticket preferred but not essential)
- Commitment working within a strong team environment that values knowledge and sharing information.
- Basic experience working with CMMS to drive daily activities (Spindle, MEX or similar)
- Dedicated to continuous improvement and leading a safety-first culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $39.85 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ingleburn, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fitter: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
