**Midland Mitsubishi, Suzuki, and GWM** based at **Midland Carco** is looking for an eager, career-driven individual who is ready to learn, grow, and adapt as the business evolves. We are seeking a hands-on, motivated **Service Manager** who is passionate about stepping into a leadership role and taking on greater responsibilities.

As a **Service Manager** you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the service department operations to ensure the efficient and profitable performance of our service centre. You will play a key role in helping us maintain and grow our reputation as a leader in the automotive service industry.

**The Role**:

- Lead and motivate a team of service technicians and advisors
- Monitor and improve service department efficiency and productivity
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Manage service schedules, appointments, and workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Control service department expenses and budgets
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise overall dealership performance

**YOU**:

- Proven experience as a Service Manager or a strong 2ic in an automotive dealership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Solid understanding of automotive technology and repair processes
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and expenses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
