Autoleague are seeking an **Assistant Service Manager** to join the team at our **Midland Mitsubishi, Suzuki, and GWM** site in Midland.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Assistant Service Manager will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of the dealership's service department. This person will ensure that our customers receive outstanding service, and our team operates smoothly and efficiently.

**The Role**:

- Support the Service Manager in overseeing the service department's daily operations.
- Assist in supervising and motivating a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional service.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of all repair and maintenance jobs.
- Assist in managing schedules, workloads, and workflow to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement service strategies to meet company goals.

**You**:

- Previous experience in a service or supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive service processes and technical knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with service-related software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license
