I have a great role available for a Functional Analyst with ServiceNow experience. This role is with a large Australian based company that is looking to expand and keep growing their team. This role will be working with a very supportive and successful team that have an amazing family-friendly culture.
In this role you will be:
- Responsible for providing business and functional analysis to support the Development and Consultant team with planning, estimating, developing, releasing and showcasing
- ServiceNow Functional Analysis and business analysis
- Develop and drive ServiceNow roadmap to ensure efficiency and process improvement
- Assist in the development of requirements and design specifications to meet the business needs
- Prepare functional impact assessments across the Business for upgrades and enhancements
- Keep in alignment of Agile/Scrum best practices and trends
To be successful you will need:
- Strong ServiceNow functional and business analysis experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Business engagement skills, able to translate business speak into technology and back again
