**Logistics Officer / Production Coordinator**
**/ Administrator** to join their growing food manufacturing operation based in Homebush NSW.

As the
**Logistics Officer / Production Coordinator / Administrator**, you will work at the processing facility and be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring production and logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation and supply chain processes.

Previous experience dealing with inbound and outbound freight systems, and production dynamics is ideal.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation bookings of goods
- Work closely with freight providers and manage freight bookings
- Manage end-to-end process of EDI orders for major grocery channel
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints from logistics or stock matters
- Provide assistance and regular communication to the Sales Team on the orders received, orders dispatched and surplus stock
- Raise invoices for all goods that are dispatched
- Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations

- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Driven, authentic, innovative and responsible
