Sweet Care Disability Support Services have exciting opportunities for compassionate Personal Support Workers who can utilise their skills and expertise to join the team
- **We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Workers, 4 hour shift's every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday between 9am-5pm Weekly in Braybrook Victoria.**_ Your primary responsibility will be to support an individual living with a disability. This can involve manual handling, community access, transportation, personal care, cooking, cleaning and companionship and driving to medical appointments and community outings.

Eligibility criteria:
relevant qualification **in Disability or Individual Support.**
- Two relevant, professional and **industry related reference checks**.
- Current police check **or willing to obtain**:

- Must be willing to provide or obtain a Victorian **Working with Children’s Check **for employment purposes.
- Must be willing to provide or obtain a **NDIS worker screening check**:

- Have a current or be willing to obtain a **First Aid **(HLTAID003 or HLTAID004) and **CPR **(HLTAID001) certificate.
- Current Australian drivers’ **licence and a reliable vehicle**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $64.28 per hour

Expected hours: 12-14 per week.

- Saturday
