Lending Solutions Consultant

As a Lending Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining
outstanding service standards for all aspects of internal and external customer satisfaction
with a key focus in customer retention and discharges.
Specific Accountabilities
- Completing general loan securities support, including settlements, discharges, lodgement, and registration of documentation;
- Establishing loan accounts and disbursing funds on the core banking system as per contractual arrangements;
- Undertaking the processing and activities associated with loan securitisation, encompassing packaging and sale of securities.
- Manage workflow in an effective manner to meet productivity and service requirements.
- Operate within the FSRA compliance and regulatory framework and adhere to all
- compliance requirements including relevant legislation and MyState policies and procedures
Key Skills and Attributes
- High level service skills and knowledge
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Experience in dealing with complaints and conflict resolution
- Strong results orientation and the ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial services industry trends, and the generic
- Environment and how these affect financial management practices for the individual
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry codes of practice and legislation including FSRA
