**Casual & Part-Time Team Members**

**Location**: Malaga, WA
**Hours**: Casual/part-time, flexible shifts available

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Help maintain a fun and clean store environment
- Restock toppings, clean machines, and ensure presentation standards
- Assist with cashier duties and handling customer enquiries
- Work as part of a small, energetic team

What we’re looking for:

- No experience necessary - training provided
- Outgoing, friendly, and reliable team players
- Passion for customer service and creating great experiences
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)

**Store Manager (Full-Time)**

**Location**: Malaga, WA
**Hours**: Full-time (including evenings/weekends)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the store
- Lead, train, and motivate a small team of staff
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Handle cashing up, rostering, and scheduling
- Maintain store cleanliness, food safety, and compliance standards
- Support marketing and promotional activities

What we’re looking for:

- Previous hospitality/retail management experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on, positive attitude with a passion for desserts and customer experience
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
