Position Summary:

- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the travellers and exceeding their expectations
- Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
- Understand traveller’s requirements and create classic and timeless experiences with each traveller’s experience
- Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings

About You:

- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
