**The Fern Early Learning Centre Cheltenham** is a newly constructed, architecturally designed facility accommodating 120 children across six dedicated classrooms. As a part of i9 Education's growing network, our centre emphasizes nature-inspired and child-centric development. The facility’s design seamlessly integrates nature into the curriculum, providing children with ample opportunities to engage with and explore the natural environment. Features include outdoor play areas, a vegetable garden, and a natural playground, all of which enhance the learning experience.

**Requirements for role**:

- Cert 3 or Diploma qualified (can be working towards)
- Current First Aid qualification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma
- Current WWCC (employee)
- Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework
- KindyHub knowledge an advantage
- Experience in written documentation and planning in relation to children's learning and development

**Position Objectives**:

- Contribute to the planning of an education program that supports a holistic approach to the care and development of children aged from birth to six years of age.
- To work co-operatively with other educators, families and early childcare professionals to provide a safe, caring, engaging and stimulating environment for children attending the service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $27.04 - $35.70 per hour
