**About this role**

We’re looking for a qualified Inventory Supervisor to ensure stock integrity remains high, create and develop and cycle counting plan and assist in warehouse stock takes where necessary. You will work hand in hand with the management team to improve processes and ensure the warehouse is functioning at maximum capacity.

**What you’ll do**
- Ensure inventory records are consistently accurate
- Reach and maintain 98% stock integrity
- Active communication with the management team
- Develop processes that improve work efficiency
- Maintain proper process for stock transactions
- Analyze and report the causes of inventory inaccuracies
- Ensure all relevant training has occurred for staff members making stock transactions
- Ensure all items move after reflected correctly in the system
- Cycle counting to ensure inventory records are accurate and organize and lead stock takes
- Provide measures for improvements so stock integrity can increase
- Process stock that has failed QC and needs to be written off
