**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking to create an eligibility list for the position of
**Skills Team Implementation Coordinator**. The eligibility list will be valid for 18 months and will be utilised for future vacancies across our passionate team within South Region (please refer to Information Package for a list of campuses located in South Region).

This rewarding role will provide the opportunity to gain exposure to regional and state-wide processes within the Delivery, Implementation and Performance team. The Skills Team Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the regional delivery/operational plans set by the Student Experience Group (SEG). This includes course level planning, resource utilisation, efficiency and productivity monitoring to ensure the Region's training delivery is effective and efficient.

**ABOUT YOU**

Along with your resilient and courageous approach, and your ability to communicate effectively and problem solve, according to the Essential Requirements of the position you will hold:
1. Appropriate Degree or Diploma at AQF levels 5-8 or equivalent and appropriate vocational and or industrial experience

2. Demonstrated ability in supporting the implementation of complex programs in private or public sector education and training organisations

3. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate data, extrapolate trends and translate them into meaningful process and business improvements.
