Barista experience is ideal, but not essential—we’re happy to train the right person.

Job Description: Barista
Location: Ulladulla, NSW
Position: Casual/Part-Time

About Us:
Boost & Blend is a vibrant coffee and retail shop offering premium coffee, shakes, wraps, toasties, sweets, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a fun and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, shakes, and food items (experience with a coffee machine is a bonus, but training is provided).
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Engage with customers, offering recommendations and promoting our menu and retail products.
- Restock and display retail items as needed.
- Help create a positive and efficient workflow in the café.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including mornings and occasional special events.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Barista experience is highly desirable but not essential—we’re happy to train the right person

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (flexible shifts available).
