**About the company**

This firm is experiencing a large amount of growth in the recent months and need a switched on Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the business. With an extremely tight knit team and a family like culture this will be a good opportunity for someone who would like to be extremely hands on and make the role their own.**About the role**

Due to rapid growth in the recent months, this firm are seeking a well-established Operations Coordinator. This particular role will be working with an array of clients as well as looking after business operations such as managing different sites/buildings to make sure everything runs smoothly, managing the wider team/ office and being the go to person when it comes to the day to day of the business. This is an opportunity where you can make the role your own and utilise your experience to ensure the smooth running of the practice.**Your day to day will look like....**
- Daily management and effective communication with staff - tasks and outcomes
- Management of schedules - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Recruit and build capability into the operational requirements of the business
- Maintain a register of key contractors and sub-contractors
- Timely and accurate reporting on current services through MyFlow / Salesforce
- Build key relationships with key strata managers and or committee members
- Ensure MyFlow/Salesforce is updated daily and has compliance of all staff and subcontractors
- Ensure correct labor rates are being utilized
- Manage retention of buildings and new buildings without complaints/issues
- Attend Weekly meetings and report on responsible area of control

**Skills and Experience**
- 3-5 years’ experience within Operations/ Facilities and or logistics
- Solid Property/ Strata background and sound administration skills
- Sound people management skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Can do attitude
- Proficient across Microsoft Office
