Better Vision is an Eye Optometrist practice located in Blacktown. Better Vision is committed to providing exceptional optometry and customer service and affordable, high-quality products.

We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager to work on a Full-time basis to join our team of professionals immediately.

**The Role**

Oversee the daily operations of our eyewear and optical store to ensure the smooth running of the store while providing exceptional service to our customers.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Plan and manage the selection of eyewear and optical products, ensuring an optimal mix to meet customer needs.
- Monitor stock levels, restock efficiently, and introduce new product lines to align with market trends.
- Develop and execute pricing, promotional, and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
- Identify opportunities for community outreach or partnerships to promote the store’s products and services.
- Oversee the customer experience by setting high service standards and ensuring staff deliver expert advice on eyewear and lenses.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide guidance on the proper use and care of optical products.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage budgets to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and supervise team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure all operations comply with occupational health and safety regulations

Work Experience and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Qualification in relevant field.
- Initiative to work independently in a fast
- paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership
- Great customer services

**What we offer**:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
