**The Role**

Leading a Nutrition Warehouse store is a BIG deal, and to keep it thriving requires our leaders to have a diverse set of skills. You will actively build your team including hiring, training, motivating and the challenging things.

People are at the heart of what we do: so your role as a store manager is to help our customers achieve their health and fitness goals, while providing an exceptional customer experience, every single time.

Driven by sales targets and KPIs, you will also challenge yourself and motivate your team to exceed performance targets, while being a brand champion (and yes, we have some awesome rewards)
