Our client is a leading waterfront dining experience located on the Williamstown beachfront towards the west of Melbourne.

**The Responsibilities you will carry out**:

- Preparation of drinks and cocktails
- Bar management ie. Rostering, staff management, ensuring pores are consistent for each customer etc.
- Inventory management of beverages
- Management of customer complaints
- Oversee the preparation of beverages is meeting restaurant quality standards
- Experience a must
- An RSA a must.
