**Position Details**:
We are currently recruiting a **disability support staff** to provide care and Community access for a participant in **Gosford**. We seek experienced workers proficient with **Autism** and **Understanding behaviours.**
- **Shifts**: Available **Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday**, These are **recurring shifts**, providing consistent care on the same days.
- **Responsibilities**: Your role involves compassionate support and assistance to our participant.
- **Desired Qualities**:Must have **own vehicle** and knowledge of the surrounding suburbs of Central Coast.
- **Youthful Energy**: We value someone **energetic** who can bring enthusiasm to their work.
- **Effective Communication**: Strong communication skills are essential for building meaningful relationships with our participants.
