Handyman with Accommodation

We are seeking an experienced handyman to help maintain the grounds and exterior of this beautiful resort located in gosford central coast. Duties are varied but will generally include keeping the pathways and outdoor areas clean of garden debris and cobwebs as well as light maintenance and other odd-jobs that come up on a weekly basis.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Proven experience in handyman duties such as basic carpentry, electrical and basic repairs;
- Have their own tools;
- An understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems;
- Strong communication abilities;
- Be organised and have an aptitude in problem solving;
- Be proactive and have the ability to work autonomously;
- Have a high attention to detail;
- Drivers license and own vehicle.

you will offered with a lived in accommodation to look after the property after hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.28 - $47.09 per hour
