**Your role**

You'll be a part of our Operations and Insights Team and based in any of our offices across Australia (Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney). You will shape the future of our Workday functional capabilities by driving excellence, innovation, and collaboration within our Workday team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

As a Workday Team Manager, you will:

- Lead and mentor a team of Workday Functional leads, fostering their growth and development.
- Develop Workday and Agile expertise within the team, driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee a team with diverse expertise across Core HCM, Core/Absence and Time, Recruiting, Talent & Learning, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting.
- Effectively manage resources and ensure the team's alignment with organisational goals.
- Establish and maintain Business-as-Usual (BAU) processes and Agile methodologies within the team.
- Manage the Workday Backlog and guide the team in sprint planning for enhancements and releases.
- Collaborate with the Phase 2 Workday Program team in partnership with Accenture.
- Drive functional design efforts for Talent, Learning, Advanced Compensation, and Advanced Analytics.
- Play a pivotal role in building and advancing the People Analytics function.
- Partner with the Head of People Operations and Insights to deliver valuable insights and strategies.
- Work closely with People Connect, Continuous Improvement teams, and People & Development stakeholders.
- Identify and prioritise Workday initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the Head of People Operations and Insights in planning the technology roadmap and designing services.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our HR technology ecosystem.

**About you**

You will have:

- Experience in Workday functional implementation and management.
- Proven leadership experience, driving teams to success.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Prior experience in People Analytics and HR technology strategy is advantageous.
